IMPORTANT MEMBER DUES NOTICE

All current and future FMO members,

On behalf of the FMO, I am pleased to share that the Board of Directors has approved a restructuring of the three-year membership to reflect a 15% savings for members, from $120 to $102. This action supports the FMO’s ongoing commitment to retaining and growing its membership while strengthening its effectiveness in representing manufactured homeowners throughout Florida.

Many members and HOAs continue to face increased financial pressure from rising operating costs, changing participation levels, and competing demands on limited budgets. By offering meaningful savings to members who commit to a three-year membership, the FMO can ease that burden while encouraging longer-term renewals and making statewide participation more accessible.

A three-year savings option can also serve as a strategic investment in long-term growth. It rewards members for their commitment, provides the FMO with greater membership stability, and creates a clear incentive for both new and renewing members to stay engaged over multiple years. This approach can build goodwill, increase participation, and support a stronger, more sustainable statewide membership base.  

The updated membership rates will be as follows:

Annual Membership: $40
Three-Year Membership: $102

If you are within sixty (60) days of your membership renewal date when the adjusted dues take effect, your renewal invoice may still reflect the previous three-year Membership rate. If this applies to you and you wish to renew at the reduced rate, please contact FMO Headquarters for assistance.

The restructured three-year membership rate provides members with practical financial benefit when compared with annual renewal. At the same time, it helps the FMO maintain continuity, improve renewal planning, and support the essential statewide services and initiatives that allow the organization to advocate effectively for homeowners.

In accordance with the FMO Bylaws an email will be sent to every member with a valid email address on file. The reduced rate of $102 will take effect in approximately ninety (90) days.

We appreciate the Board’s leadership in approving this important membership savings option and encourage members to take advantage of the three-year membership structure. Together, we can continue building a stronger FMO, increase participation, and enhance the organization's voice on behalf of manufactured homeowners across Florida.
